Quite happy, my cat loves it. For an adult cat (for me) the most comfortable measure is the L.
So the only thing against it is that it is a bit unstable, I mean, if my cat lies down to the right, the House goes down to the right... I don't know if I explain hahaha
Kitty loves her new house. It's washable in a front load washer. I hung it up to dry. You should measure, it's bigger than you think. I bought large size, could fit 2 cats or 1 small dog. Very fast shipping. Arrived a week early.
The house is nice and comfortable but if the cats get on it it crushes,
I had to make an internal frame, however the kittens appreciated, in conclusion good for the price but not very solid
